What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JBC, Diners Club as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Elo. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

How secure is the webstore?

Our system automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer or device to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout.


Who is primary your shipping provider?

Domestic orders are shipped via either USPS First Class or Priority Mail from Bridgewater, MA. Orders of 16"x20" art prints are separately from the rest of your order via UPS from Pottstown, PA.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 3-4 days and transit can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days in the continental United States. Delays due to COVID-19 and carrier restructuring are unexpected but a possibility in the current climate. We are currently doing our best to work through them.

What is your policy on international customs?

International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks due to foreign processing and customs holding. All orders placed outside of the United States may be held by international customs. All associated fees and negotiations are at the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are available for refund or merchandise exchange for up to one year from the original purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

All return shipping and delivery charges to Casey Circle are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you received an incorrect item style, color or size, or product damaged in shipment contact us for a prepaid return shipping label and we will get the correct item out to you right away.
